A 50 minute reformer pilates session with a maximum of 4 in each class. The class begins with a quick warm up, followed by the bulk of the session then finishing up with some functional kettle bell lifts at the end. (90 – 95 percent of the class is done on the reformer)
The class will stimulate and challenge all major muscle groups and core, utilise a mix of heavy and light spring resistances on the reformer and also incorporate balance and functional movement patterns.
Every single exercise on the reformer can be scaled down or scaled up depending on your level of fitness, experience and particular goals for each class. And the best part is that we provide that extra push and motivation to help you break down those mental and physical boundaries required to enhance your fitness level and wellbeing. All whilst maintaining correct technique through expert verbal cues and hands on instruction.
Although we pledge to provide a challenging class, we also vary up the muscle groups and teach deep and effective breathing techniques throughout the class. You will feel strong, lean and mobile.
